Maria has great experience in running her own firm Archers Law Solicitors in Chelmsford for many years also dealing with Family Law along with Employment Law and Probate and Wills. Maria started her career working as a trainee for Pearl some 35 years ago!

Pearl will still be here acting as a consultant solicitor to ensure a smooth transition as Maria takes the firm forward ensuring Pearl Baker Solicitors stays a modern firm with traditional values.
